Register customer & EMI in web panel
Staff enters customer details, handset model, IMEI and EMI plan into the Alza Secure Lock Node.js dashboard. A device record is created with pending EMI status.

Reset phone & scan vendor QR
Vendor factory-resets the phone, connects Wi-Fi and scans the Alza QR. The app installs, becomes device owner, and syncs with the customer’s EMI profile.

Customer uses phone normally
As long as EMI is regular, the phone stays usable. Optional soft reminders and notices can appear before due dates.

Missed EMI? Device can be locked
If EMI is not paid, your staff can lock the device from the dashboard. The lock screen can show your contact and payment instructions.

Factory reset does not bypass
Even if the customer resets the phone, it stays under your control through a reset-aware policy. EMI defaulters cannot escape with a simple reset.

Full payment → permanent unlock
When all EMIs are cleared, you send a permanent unlock command. The lock is removed and the device becomes a normal phone for the customer.
